15 x kettlebell swings (24/16kg)
30 x double unders

Endurance WOD:
(Complete 3 hours before or after performance WOD)

Run: 5k Run
Tri: Bike – 5 x 5 miles rest 2 minutes in between

  1. 7 rounds + 11 kb swings = 326 RX. I was trying hard to keep up with Jamie, but she prevailed in the end! Fun WOD, my shoulders are toast…

  2. 366 rx. Was able to do all reps unbroken until the last set of kb swings. This wod smoked my shoulders.

  3. 635. 24kb, singles. Got to get my own rope so I can get some good practice on doubles. All the ropes at are too short
