1) Deadlift:
3 sets x 6 reps @ 75%
1 sets x 8 – 12 reps @ 60%

2) With a partner, complete 8 total
rounds of:
8 unbroken front squat (185/105lbs)
Run 400m
Each partner completes a full round
each time they work. Only one
partner works at a time. Front
Squat reps must be unbroken. No
racks.
If going individual, complete four
rounds total. Perform one round
every 5 minutes.
