2 sets x 5 reps @ 70%
1 set x 3 reps @ 55%

2) Press:
3 sets x 6 reps @ 75%
1 sets x 8 – 12 reps @ 60%

3) Complete 8 rounds for time:
5 burpees
40′ down and back sprint
