(2 sec pause at 1″ above knee)

2) Snatch Balance
4 x 3 reps @ 60%

3) Front Squat
4 x 5 reps @77%

4) 5 rounds
5 x weighted pull ups
3 -5 front levers

    Pull Ups – 70#, Levers – 0

    Nice humid morning with the flock today. I believe everyone managed to break a sweat even though no one got out of breath. I called in some favors with Suddenlink and hopefully Shreveport’s internet service will be restored sometime today.

    Looking forward to Andy and PIt round 1 tomorrow.

    wall balls, ghd’s, weighted pullups, fake levers, etc. to attempt to sweat.

    I agree with Scott–looking forward to seeing our wods so we can get ready for the Pit/Beebe show. I have a feeling that Pit’s shoes will go to Beebe this week.

    Front squats – 100

    5 rounds-
    Strict pullups with 2 red bands
    Front levers with 2 blue bands
