2 x 2 reps @ 70 – 80% C&J 1RM
2 x 2 reps @ 80 – 90%
2 x 2 reps @ 90%+

2) Back Squat
4 x 5 reps @77%

3) 7 rounds not for time:
3 weighted pull ups
3 front levers
3 glute ham raise

  1. Jerk Support; Worked up to 100 #
    C & J Max @ 105#

    Back Squat:
    4 x 5 @ 125#

    7 rds:
    Strict pullups with blue band
    Used green band on front levers
    Kipping GHR’s – I need to work on strict form with band…was difficult w/o kip

    It was such a fun morning with everyone! Excited to see Tracy & Laura this morning as well. Janelle thanks for the push this morning! As always, thank you William and Lance for your expertise!

  2. Jerk Support-2×2-155, 165, 185

    Back Squat-4×5 @315

    Did strict pull-ups
    Had to tuck knees for front levers.
    Used green band for flute ham raises.

  3. Jerk Support – 185, 205, 215
    Squats – all sets at 300
    Pull-ups – 70#, other stuff was done heavily banded
