    Fun morning. I hope Pit cheers up though–he seemed a little grouchy this morning.

  2. Halt snatch DL-used 135 for 3 seats, 155 for 4 sets.

    Snatch Pulls-155-getting better at these! Bar path and 2nd pull coming around!

    Jerk Balance-2 sets at 155, 2 sets at 165.

    WOD: 5:05 (did not do Sundays make up wod, sure I would have been a little slower!)

  3. Snatch deads – 155

    Snatch pulls – 185

    Jerk Balance – 2 x 155, 2 x 180

    Wod – 5:39

    Fun morning. Sorry to Pit for whatever we did to upset him.

    Good news is that we got CF Games tickets today, although I’m a little disappointed we couldn’t have bought more extras than we did.
