2) 2 position snatch
8 sets @ 60%
(from 1″ above knee, ground)

3) Front Squat
4 x 6 reps @75%

4) 3 rounds not for time:
Good mornings x 4 (heavy)
15 GHD sit ups

  1. Got several ring MU today/getting better at these.

    Crew decided to get “real” and do some triple deficits on HSPU!

    2 POS snatch-95 for 4 sets/135 for 4 sets. Bar path seems to be getting better.
