1 Snatch grip high pull
1 Power Snatch
1 Full Snatch (50 – 60%)

3) Complete for time:
300m run
12 OHS
12 lateral over bar burpees
200m run
9 OHS
9 lateral over bar burpees
100m run
6 overhead squats (135/85lb)
6 lateral burpees over bar
