CrossFit Open WOD 13.1

Complete as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
30 Snatch, 75 /45 lbs
30 Burpees
30 Snatch, 135 /75 lbs
20 Burpees
30 Snatch, 165 /100 lbs
10 burpees
Max rep Snatch, 210/120 lbs

The CrossFit Open is for EVERYONE. Click here to sign up. The WODs are scalable so anyone can do them. You will have the opportunity to be judged during the regular classes.

  1. “if you haven’t done 13.1 yet i highly recommend the mobilitywod.com event prep video. wish I would’ve watched it before I did mine!” Saw this in the comments of the CrossFit Games leaderboard. It is a good video, and yes, I wish I’d watched it before doing the WOD too :-)! Apparently they are going to make an “event prep” video for each of the five WODs … something to look for and watch …
