CrossFit Football Certification Course at CrossFit Champions this past weekend. Stay tuned for upcoming CFA programs for power athletes.
Thursday Evening Schedule: Thursday from 6pm – 8pm will be an exciting time at CFA as we do WOD #3 of the CrossFit Open. Come to participate or cheer on your fellow athletes. The regular 6:30pm class will be an Open Gym Format. The 6pm Foundations Course has been rescheduled (email cfa.foundations@gmail.com for more info).
Saturday Schedule: CFA will be hosting a Concept 2 Rowing Course on Saturday from 10am – 5pm. There will no 10am class this Saturday. The 9am Intro Class will remain as scheduled. Check Facebook for Open Gym times this weekend.
