Bring A Friend Week! Please have your comrades sign up here prior to class. Select the location (CFA or CF28) at the top right of the page then scroll to the day they will attend and click “sign up now” next to the class time. There is a limited number of spots for each class.
1) Team WOD:
Start a 10 min clock. During minute 1, Partner 1 completes 3 front squats then max reps of push press/jerk (135/95lbs). Partner 2 completes max burpees in the minute. Partner 2 can not start burpess until Partner 1 finishes the front squats. Each minute, the partners will switch.
Score is total reps of burpees & press.
2) Run 400m for time.
