Perform week 7 of squat program

or

Complete as many rounds in 15 minutes of:
200m run
10 x hand release push ups
15 x mountain climbers (2 is 1)

Fantastic performance by Team Geaux Endurance at the Mardi Gras Full and Half Marathon!!! Congrats to those completing their first half –Paula, Jolie, Missy, Emily, Suzanne, Jocelynn, Fred and Ashley. Chad and Brandon both set a 19 minute PR. Ted set a 1 hour PR in the full marathon!!

One of CFA’s Healers, Brad Kirzner, has been a huge asset to many CFA athletes involved in competitions. Brad has worked with several endurance athletes over the past months to have them ready for optimal performance. He prepared Geaux Endurance athletes just hours before the Mardi Gras Half Marathon to get their body in optimal position for efficient running. Brad recently helped two CFA athletes bounce back from injury and continue competing in the CrossFit Games Open. Thanks Brad for your work at CFA!
