Bring A Friend Week! Please have your comrades sign up here prior to class. Select the location (CFA or CF28) at the top right of the page then scroll to the day they will attend and click “sign up now” next to the class time. There is a limited number of spots for each class.
1) Back Squat:
3 x 5 reps
(add 1 – 5 lbs to weight from last week)
2) Partner WOD:
Start a 12 min clock. Partner 1 does 5 burpees then max wall balls (20/14lb) while partner 2 runs 200m. Partners switch when the 200m run is complete. Score is total wall balls.
