1) Back Squat

3 x 5 reps across

This should be 3 sets of 5 reps at a heavy weight and the weight should remain the same. Do not increase each set. So work up to a heavy 5 and use that weight for 3 sets. Again, do not increase weight over the sets.

2) Complete for time:

21 – 15 – 9
overhead squat
Kettlebell swings (24/16kg)

3) 200m farmers carry for time. Hold a 45/35lb plate in each hand
