1) Warm up similar to what you will do before 13.4

2) Starting at 135/95lb work up to an 80% clean & jerk in 5 reps or less.

3) Complete the following for time:
6 x clean & jerk (135/95lb)
6 x toes to bar
rest 2 min
9 x clean & jerk
9 x toes to bar
