5 x 5 deadlift with perfect form (flat back)

Week 10 of the squat program

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of
200m run
21 x kettle bell swings
12 x pull ups

Wendler Strength Cycle: Next week we will begin a 4 week strength cycle known as the Wendler Cycle. As some of you may recall, we had some big strength gains going through the Wendler Cycle with deadlift and push press last Fall. During this cycle we will work back squat and push press.Each Tuesday, we will squat and press at specified reps, sets and weight. Most of you found your 1 rep max push press on March 6 and your squat on March 20. If you do not know your 1 RM on both of these lifts, please make time to find it this week. You will need these to determine how much weight to lift each week. We will retest our max at the end of the cycle.
