At 5:30pm, a mobility class will be held instead of the regular class. John Davidson, Physical Therapist, will conduct the class. The mobility class will utilize techniques to increase your range of motion and facilitate recovery. Open Gym will be held for those wanting to get in a workout.
1) 3 rounds not for time:
10 hand stand push ups
3 turkish get ups each arm
30 double unders
2) Spend 15 min working up to a heavy clean & jerk.
Endurance WOD
WOD: OFF
Run: 1 mile Time Trial rest 5 minutes then do 3 x 300m with 2 minute rest
Tri: 3 x 1 mile repeats with 3 minute rest
