*Scaled version is 5 muscle ups or 30 dips and 30 pull ups per round. Individuals CrossFitting less than 8 weeks or those that have not regularly been doing pull ups will do 15 dips and 15 pull ups per round.
**Scaled version is 40 double under attempts or 120 singles per round
