6 Sets x 2 reps @ 85 – 90%

2) 3 rounds of:
1 min max calorie row
1 min max double unders
1 min max hand stand push ups
rest 2 min

3) 3 rounds not for time:
20 x GHD Sit Ups
15 x ring dips
rest as needed
