CrossFit 28’s Urban Bootcamp
Jump start your training in a fun, energetic, and outdoor environment with Urban Bootcamps, powered by CrossFit 28! Our Urban Bootcamp is a 4-week program designed to help you meet your fitness goals. Whether you are getting lake ready, training for your next race, or just looking to lose weight, these bootcamps are for you.
What to Expect:
- Results Based, Scalable Fitness- Urban Bootcamps are for those who have never worked out in a bootcamp setting, a seasoned athlete, or just those wanting to get FIT and reach your goals. Throughout the 4-weeks you will be coached through progressively more challenging workouts incorporating various CrossFit movements and kettlebell exercises. You will also receive the nutritional guidance needed to obtain your desired results.
- Small classes- Our classes are limited to 12 participants per 4-week session. We cap our attendance in order to give our participants the necessary individual attention from our coaches.
- Accountability- Your coaches and peers will help you get on track and stay motivated in achieving your goals.
- Multiple Locations- We will be offering several bootcamps throughout the Alexandria/ Pineville area at various times, as well as Corporate Wellness events.
- Fun!- The primary goal of Urban Bootcamp is to make sure you get the results you desire in a friendly, non-intimidating, and FUN atmosphere.
