1) 2 position snatch (ground & 1″ above knee):
Set 1: 60%
Set 2 – 3: 70%
Set 4 – 5: 80%

2) 2 cleans + 1 jerk
Set 1: 60%
Set 2 – 3: 70%
Set 4 – 5: 80%

3) Back Squat:
Set 1: 3 reps @ 60%
Set 2 – 3: 3 reps @ 70%
Set 4 – 5: 3 reps @ 80%

4) 3 rounds for time:
3 x Push Press (185/95lb)
20 x toes to bar

Rest 5 min

3 rounds for time:
3 x over head squats (155/85lb)
60 x double unders
