25 squats
400m run
25 push ups

Thursday night with Helen: It starts at 5:30pm on Thursday and last until everyone has a chance to complete Helen (only if you want), eat and drink and whatever else you do at CrossFit. Bring your friends. A jumper will be there for the kids. Others that read our site and trainers at all gyms, feel free to come by and join in on Helen.

Kids Camp at CrossFit starts TUESDAY, July 5th!! Every Tuesday and Thursday from 3-4pm. $50/month.
