Foundations Class this Saturday at 9am will cover deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull & cleans. This makes up what we call “Foundations III”. New members need to attend this class. Next week, the coaches will start calling out and heckling individuals in class that don’t know these movements…that’s a joke. But seriously. In order to participate in CrossFit safely and gain the maximum results, you need to go over these movements.
