200m Ocean Swim (out and back, estimate distance)

15 min light recovery run (on the harder, wet sand)

1. I assumed this meant burgener w/u so that is what I did.
2. Deadlift was at 345#…this much weight really slowed me down. Got 3 Rounds plus 1 Deadlift.
