2) Power Clean:

Set 2: 3 reps @ 65%
Set 3 – 4: 3 reps @ 70%

3) Clean Pulls:
5 x 3 reps @ 110%

4) Back Squat:
Set 1: 3 reps @ 60%
Set 2: 3 reps @ 70%
Set 3: 3 reps @ 80%
Set 4: 2 reps @ 85%

5) Optional Work:

    Optional Work: I ran so fast I got “F-bombed!” 🙁
