Competition:

Five sets for times of:
5 Squat Cleans (205/135 lbs.)
10 Handstand Push-Ups
15 Pull-Ups
20 Hand-Release Push-Ups
25 Box Jumps
30 Double-Unders
Rest 3 minutes

  1. AAGHHH!! I feel like a complete idiot, I totally missed double-unders when I wrote this down 🙁

    I had to scale the squat cleans down to 165#…sucks but it’s the only way I could maintain efficiency and intensity with a time cap. Times were: 5:35,5:34,5:14,5:48,5:48

    Ran a 10k This morning for my CFE TT Day.
