1) Snatch
Set 1: 3 reps @ 60%
Set 2 – 3: 3 reps @ 70%
Sets 4 – 5: 3 reps @ 80%

2) Hang Power Clean:
Set 1: 4 reps @ 60%
Set 2 – 3: 3 reps @ 65%
Sets 4 – 5: 3 reps @ 70%

3) Jerk off Rack:
Set 1: 3 reps @ 60%
Set 2 – 3: 3 reps @ 70%
Sets 4 – 5: 3 reps @ 80%

4) Clean Pulls:
Set 1: 4 reps @ 80%
Set 2 – 4: 4 reps @ 100%

5) 3 rounds:
5 glute ham raises

    Snatch – 50/55/65 (Sets 4 & 5 were pretty ugly)
    Hang Power Clean: 75/80/90 (Thanks Lance & Scott for the reminder)
    Jerk off Rack: 75/90/100 (Felt off on all 5 sets)
    Clean Pulls: 100/125 (Felt heavy)

    I have a shin injury so i only did a partial GHR round. I chose to work on my TTB and did 3 rounds of 8.
