1) Bench Press:
2 sets x 2 reps @ 80%
2 sets x 2 reps @ 85%
3 sets x 2 reps @ 85 – 95%

2) Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
20 Thrusters (135/95 lbs)
20 Pull-Ups
20 Burpees

  1. Very weak in bench-not sure what my 1RM is do I used 225, 235, and 245.

    Sage: 3 rds and 11 thrusters, this one hurt!
