Cara and Noelle with Yoga Ya Ya will be guest instructors for a yoga session Tuesday at 5:30pm. Everyone is encouraged to come. It is going to be great for your stability, balance, flexibility and coordination. This will take the place of the regular class. The class will be in the gym area. We ask that no one workout or enter the gym after the class begins.
1) Power Cleans
3 x 3 reps
2) 5 rounds for time:
20 x kettlebell swings (24/16 kg)
20 x push ups
Endurance WOD:
(Complete 3 hours before or after Performance WOD)
Run: 3 x 1 mile repeats with 3 minute rest
Tri: Bike: 20 miles
Tough WOD this am. The push-ups really caught up with me. Enjoyed it though. Did 8:40 with 20kg KB cause my shoulder has been hurtin a little.
Thanks to Yoga Ya Ya for the class this evening. I think I lost 5lbs of water during that session!! My first yoga class was fun and helped work out some soreness! Thanks to Cara and if course Noel for the instruction! Lookin forward to tomorrow! Namaste!!
