Both partners must complete an equal number of reps and distances. If you don’t have partner, do half of everything.
Guys-
3 rounds:
100ft tire flip (both partners flipping at same time)
2 x 200m+/- sled pulls carrying a kettlebell. Weight added to sled = 90lbs. KB = 70lbs.
20 weighted strict pull ups (60lbs) & 40 ring dips
rest 5 minutes
Ladies-
3 rounds:
50ft tire flip (both partners flipping at same time) (sub is 20 deadlifts at 205lbs; 10 each; alternate reps anyway you like)
2 x 200m+/- sled pulls carrying a kettlebell. Weight added to sled = 60lbs. KB = 53lbs.
20 weighted strict pull ups (30lbs) & 30 ring dips
rest 5 minutes
