Life As Rx 2011, August 13 in Dallas. CF Alex will be putting together a team to compete. If you are interested, let us know. Begin working on your weakness – double unders, pull ups, muscle ups, over head squats and strength.

Thank you for growing the CrossFit community by bringing in new people to try out WODs!! We offer 2 – 3 initial WODs for free. With the large number of athletes in each class, the best time to bring a new person for a free trial is Saturday mornings.

Kids Camp was a huge success today!! The class is getting full so sign up before it fills up. Every Tues & Thurs at 3pm. $50/month per kid. Ages 5 – 12.
