Set 1: 2 reps @ 60%
Set 2: 2 reps @ 70%
Set 3 – 4: 2 reps @ 80%
Set 5: 2 reps @ 85%

2) Cleans
Set 1: 2 reps @ 60%
Set 2: 2 reps @ 70%
Set 3 – 5: 2 reps @ 80%

3) Jerk from Racks
Set 1: 2 reps @ 60%
Set 2: 2 reps @ 70%
Set 3 – 5: 2 reps @ 80%

4) Back Squat:
Set 1: 4 reps @ 60%
Set 2 – 3: 4 reps @ 70%
Sets 4 – 5: 4 reps @ 80%

5) Press:
4 sets x 3 reps (heavy)
