2) Clean Pulls
3 x 3 @ 80-110%

3) Complete 2 rounds of the
following for time:
25 Back Squats (135/85)
200m Sled Pull (115/70)
** no rack

Optional Core Work:

For Time:  100 x Sit-Ups
