Set 1: 2 reps @ 60%
Set 2: 2 reps @ 70%
Set 3 – 4: 2 reps @ 80%

2) 2 Cleans + 1 Jerk
Set 1: 60%
Set 2: 70%
Set 3: 80%

3) Snatch Pulls
4 x 2 reps @ 100%

4) Back Squat:
Set 1: 1 rep @ 60%
Set 2: 1 rep @ 70%
Set 3: 1 rep @ 80%
Set 4 – 6: 3 reps @ 85%

5) Good mornings:
4 sets x 5 reps

    Snatch Pulls: used 225 lbs
    Back squat: 215, 245, 280, 300
    Good mornings: 145
