**We are working on bringing a certain nationally known gymnastics coach to conduct a seminar at CFA. One of the determining factors in us hosting the seminar is completing 4 “Gymnastics WODs” and submitting our scores online. The more scores we submit, the better chance we have at being a host. Performance does not matter. If you did it scaled, please enter a score and note that you did it scaled. Record the results on the online White Board by clicking here. You may need to create an account and go back to the site to enter the data. Wether you complete the WOD at CFA or another gym, please enter “CrossFit Alexandria” in the appropriate blank.
