1) Spend 15 – 20 minutes working up to max snatch for the day

2) Spend 15 – 20 minutes working up to max clean and jerk for the day

3) Work up to your last 3RM front Squat and attempt 3 sets of 3. If you are not able to match your 3RM from last time back down 10%.

4**) For time:
30 x burpee box jumps
30 x toes to bar
30 x burpees
30 x V ups
