The 5:30am class will likely need to go in two waves. For those wanting to get an earlier start, come at 5:15am for a warm up and get started on the WOD.

Speaking of going in two waves – We have a solution to the large classes. And that is continuing to move forward with the plans to build a new facility. There are some hiccups with the title work on the property which have delayed progress. But rest assured we are still moving forward and the issues are being worked out.
