Beginning Monday, February 10th, Geaux Endurance will begin the COUCH TO 5K training program.  We will be training for St. Mary’s 5 K on Saturday, March 29th.  If you are looking to run your first 5k, PR, lose a few inches or drop some holiday weight, this is the program for you.  This “train-on-your-own” program is designed to complement your current CrossFit training regimen.  To see maximum benefits, make sure you maintain both.  If you have never raced before, this will be a great way to get started.  No worries – we’ll ease you into it!


Please email me at if you would like to participate and I will put you on the email list.  Feel free to email me with questions throughout the duration on the program.  I will be posting a video each Monday to both CrossFit websites to go over the training for the week.  The program will consist of 3 “run” days added to your normal CrossFit workouts.  Some may be performed on the same day as your regular CrossFit wods, while others will need to be done on your “off” days.


I will also be hosting a free running seminar Feb.15th at CF28 from 9 to 11am.  If you would like to attend, please email me to sign up.  The running class will cover proper running form and technique to prevent injury and maximize efficiency.
