All other classes are as scheduled.  

1) Jerk (split)
3 x 5 reps @ 55 – 65% 1RM
Rest 2 min b/t sets

2) Complete for time:
20 overhead squats (95/65lbs)
then,
3 rounds of
10 power cleans (95/65lbs)
10 push press/jerk (95/65lbs)
then
20 overhead squats (95/65lbs
