1) Clean & Jerk (power or full):
Spend 12 minutes working up
to a max weight for the day. If
you feel good, go for a new
1RM.

2) 3 rounds for time:
200m sled pull (2/1 x 45lb plates)
12 toes to bar

 

Endurance WOD:

3 x 800m – 1 minute rest
1 x 1600m with 2 minute rest
3 x 800m with 1 minute rest
