1) Snatch:
5 sets x 1.1.1 @ 75% – 80% 1 RM
rest 2 min between sets, 10 sec between reps

2) Snatch Pulls
5 sets x 2 reps @ 115% 1RM snatch

3) 5 rounds for times:
15 kettlbell snatch (24/16kg)
12 toes to bar
50 double unders
rest 2 min

    Snatch Pulls: 5 x 2 @ 235 lbs
    Wod: total time of 14:47. fun wod–combination of kb snatches and ttb really got on my forearms.

    Great morning with fun group as always–it was awesome watching Nate snatch 225 lbs. Judging by how easy it looked, it appears that 235 will be landed shortly.

    After snatch pulls I pr’d on snatch 225lbs, thanks to Sam and Scott pushing, me I got it!!!
    It will not be long before we have several guys snatching well over 200lbs, Sam and Scott both will get 205 very soon!!

    3) 5 rounds for times:
    15 kettlbell snatch (24/16kg)
    12 toes to bar
    50 double unders Total time 15:04

  3. Used 155 for snatch (felt very heavy today)

    Used 225 for snatch pulls.

    Metcon total time was 16:55-got all ttb unbroken and 1st 2sets of DU unbroken.
