1) Behind the neck strict press
3 x 3
(Add 1 – 5 lbs to weight from last week)

2) Complete as many reps as possible in 4 minutes of 3/4 body weight back squat. This means load up the bar with 75% of what you weigh and back squat it for 4 minutes.

3) Row for max meters in 3 minutes.
