1) Deadlift
3 x 3
(Add 5 – 10 lbs to weight from Feb 13)

2) Complete as many reps as possible in 6 min of:
5 deadlifts (225/155 lb)
10 burpee box jump overs (24/20″)

rest 3 min then

3) Complete as many reps as possible in 6 min of:
20 double unders (sub is 40 singles)
15 sit ups
