rest 2 min
3 min max burpees
rest 2 min
2 min max calorie row
rest 2 min
1 min max burpees

score is total reps and calories

You will see some different coaches instructing classes in the morning the first part of this week as William, Lance and Jeff will be at a strength & conditioning seminar.
