1) Back Squat
5 x 3 reps @95% 1RM
Rest 2 – 3 min b/t sets

2) 4 rounds:
In “X” minutes, complete
30 double unders
Run 400m
max burpees with remaining time
rest 3 min

Rx: X = 3 min
Scaled: X = 4 min

Score is your lowest reps of
burpees in a particular round.

You must get 5 burpees min each
round to use Rx time. Otherwise,
use 4 min.
