1) On the minute for 10 min complete:
3 x push press/jerk (185/105lb)
1 rope climb

2) Pause Front Squat:
6 sets x 2 reps
Rest 2 min between sets

3) Complete for time:
60 chest to bar pull ups
60 handstand push ups
Partition reps however you like.

  1. Made 8 rounds on the OTM: 5 with 185 and 3 with 165.

    FS: 225, 235, 245, 255, 255, 275, all with 4 sec pause.

    60/60 HSPU/CTB-8:22-did all butterfly pull ups instead of CTB.
