5 x band supported front levers
6 -10 butterfly chest to bar pull ups
10′ hand stand walk

2) Spend 20 min working up to a heavy jerk.

3) 6 rounds:
Run 2 min for max distance
Rest 2 min

  1. Worked up to 270(pr) on jerk. Was good to watch Beebe and Pit PR on Jerk also, great job guys!

    Not sure the total distance on run, but i do know i need to do this more!
