December 25 – 27, 2012

There will be no workouts programmed on Dec 25 – 27. This is a planned break in our programming. I recommend staying away from workouts at the gym and doing some light running, biking or swimming. Go to the trails at Kincaid or swim at LC. Do something active and fun. Workouts will resume this Friday and Saturday.

  1. the 4:30 group (including Lance) worked on snatch and then did a 2 person team wod of Grace-Isabelle-Karen.

    Pr on snatch today at 195 (Lance changed where my eyes were)
    Team wod with Chris Thomson in 9:24.
    Very fun day.

  2. Sam brought the fast snatch back into style this morning. Great to see him reach his goal.

    Did 6×2 hip snatches @ 55kg to work on the 2nd pull.

    Teamed up with Nate on the team Wod and finished in 9:28 and had a blast. Brad and Pit win by a landslide**

  3. 12/27/12–
    1. worked up to 185 during our daily snatch practice.
    2. did the 2 man team wod consisting of 100 double unders, 90 x 70 lb kbs, 80 x burpees, 70 x 30″ box jumps, 60 x ttb, 50 x 135 lb back squat, 40 x 135 lb shoulder to overhead, 30 x 135 lb front squats, 20 x hspu, 10 x 15 ft rope climbs and 400 meter run.
    teamed up with Thomson and completed it in 25:04. Fun wod throughout and fun morning.
    ready to get back to the programming.
