From 31 Heroes to a mini triathlon, there was a lot going on at CFA!

Glen and Erik hosted an awesome event with the 31 Heroes WOD! It was great to have the crews from Ragin CrossFit from Lafayette and CrossFit Lake Charles South join us to honor the fallen heroes. The event was ranked in the top 50 worldwide for funds raised.

The Geaux Endurance Team and Competition Team got together to do an impromptu triathlon at Indian Creek on Sunday morning. A nice example of CFA’s fitness transferring to all sports.

Congratulations to CFA athletes Janelle, Lisa and Allen for completing the River Cities Triathlon in Shreveport!
