1) Olympic Lifting Warm Up

2) Snatch :
5 sets x 1 rep @ 85% 1RM
3 sets x 2 reps @ 75%
2 sets x 3 reps @ 70%

Rest 10 seconds between reps. Rest as needed between sets.

    This felt really easy, pretty sure I am missing pice of the technique. I can hit 155# a few times , but I can not go over that even once.
